1. Scope
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Erelberlin online store.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
2.1 All Erelberlin pieces are handcrafted. Most items are made to order according to individual specifications.
2.2 Minor variations in finish, texture, or detail may occur due to the handmade nature of the products and do not constitute defects.
3. Contract Formation
3.1 Product presentations in the online store do not constitute legally binding offers.
3.2 A binding contract is concluded only once the goods have been dispatched and the customer has received a shipping confirmation email.
4. Prices & Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in EUR.
4.2 As a small business under § 19 UStG (Germany), Erelberlin does not charge VAT.
4.3 Payment must be completed in full before production or shipment. Erelberlin reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of payment authorization failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Customers residing in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Erelberlin by means of a clear statement sent via email to info@erelberlin.com.
5.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom made or produced according to the customer’s individual specifications (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

6. Production
6.1 Made to order pieces typically require 2–5 weeks for production prior to shipment.
6.2 Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Shipping is carried out via DHL or FedEx.
7.2 Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Erelberlin is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7.3 International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.
8. Returns
8.1 Returns are accepted only for items from the Ready to Ship collection and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
8.2 Custom made and made to order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
8.3 Returned items must be unworn, in impeccable condition, and in their original packaging.
9. Liability
9.1 Erelberlin is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
9.2 In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
9.3 Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All designs, images, texts, and content are the intellectual property of Erelberlin.
10.2 Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
11. Disclaimer
11.1 Erelberlin reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any information on this website at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to prices, product descriptions, technical specifications, availability, and terms of purchase.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 In accordance with § 36 VSBG (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act), Erelberlin is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Governing Law
13.1 The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
