Exchanges & Returns 
By placing an order with Erelberlin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All our jewelry is handcrafted, and most pieces are made to order based on your specifications. Exchanges and returns are only accepted for items from the “Ready to wear” category. Custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in excellent condition, and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us via email before arranging any return or exchange. We will provide instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a product arrives faulty or does not match your order specifications, please contact us immediately.

Return Process
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Please note that return labels are not provided. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, confirmed to be unworn and in its original condition and packaging, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns Outside the European Union
If you reside outside the European Union (including Switzerland and other international destinations), please ensure you comply with all required customs documentation for returns. Any customs duties, taxes, or delivery-related charges incurred will not be reimbursed. Duties & Taxes
Within the European Union- No additional customs duties or taxes apply. All prices and shipping costs include VAT.
