Returns
At Erelberlin each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, with most designs made to order according to your specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

For pieces from our Ready to Ship collection, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Custom made and made to order pieces, created specifically for you, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To arrange a return, please contact us at Info@erelberlin.com and include your full name, order number, return address, and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return has been authorized, the piece(s) must be shipped promptly.

Returned items must be unworn, in impeccable condition, and sent back in their original packaging, including the box in which they were received. Returns may also be made in person in Berlin by prior arrangement.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Erelberlin don't provided a shipping label. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Erelberlin cannot assume responsibility for lost or uninsured return shipments.

Clients outside the European Union should contact us prior to shipping for guidance regarding customs documentation.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Duties & Taxes
Within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply. As a small business under §19 UStG (Germany), we do not charge VAT. Clients residing outside the European Union,  are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or other taxes applicable in their country.
