Material sourcing & production
Erelberlin jewelry is crafted exclusively from certified precious metals selected for durability, structural integrity, and long-term wear. All pieces are produced in collaboration with a licensed Berlin foundry, where each alloy is professionally refined and cast to ensure consistency, strength, and longevity. All materials meet European fineness standards and are officially hallmarked.

Alternative carat/color variations can be commissioned upon request.

UNDERSTANDING METAL ALLOYS
Pure gold and silver are beautifully soft by nature. To ensure they’re strong enough for everyday wear, they are carefully blended with other metals  creating what is known as an alloy. The hallmark number reveals the purity of the piece, indicating the proportion of precious metal within it.

Silver 935 (Ag 935)
Fineness: 935/1000
Composition: 93.5% pure silver

Silver 935 contains 93.5% pure silver alloyed for enhanced strength and durability. Its higher silver content, compared to standard 925 sterling silver, offers a richer tone and elevated intrinsic value.

14 Carat Yellow Gold (Au 585)
Fineness: 585/1000
Composition: 58.5% pure gold

14 carat yellow gold contains 58.5% pure gold alloyed for increased strength and resistance to wear. Its slightly lighter tone results from the lower gold content compared to 18k gold.

14 Carat White Gold (Au 585)
Fineness: 585/1000
Composition: 58.5% pure gold

14 carat white gold contains 58.5% pure gold blended with white alloys to achieve its cool tone and enhanced durability.

14 Carat Rose Gold (Au 585)
Fineness: 585/1000
Composition: 58.5% pure gold

14 carat rose gold contains 58.5% pure gold alloyed with a higher proportion of copper to achieve its stronger pink tone and increased durability.

18 Carat Yellow Gold (Au 750)
Fineness: 750/1000
Composition: 75% pure gold

18 carat yellow gold contains 75% pure gold alloyed for structural integrity and long-term wear. Its warm tone is inherent to the alloy and does not fade over time.

18 Carat White Gold (Au 750)
Fineness: 750/1000
Composition: 75% pure gold, alloyed with palladium

18 carat white gold contains 75% pure gold blended with palladium and selected white alloys to achieve its naturally refined, cool tone. The color is inherent to the alloy itself and does not rely on surface plating.

18 Carat Rose Gold (Au 750)
Fineness: 750/1000
Composition: 75% pure gold

18 carat rose gold contains 75% pure gold alloyed with copper to create its distinctive warm tone. The color is inherent to the alloy and will not fade.
