Production
Erelberlin jewelry are made to order. We generally do not keep stock unless an item is marked “Ready to Wear” in the catalog. Production typically takes 2–5 weeks prior to shipment, depending on the design. Due to the handmade nature of our work and the complexity of certain pieces, we kindly ask customers to take this timeframe into consideration.

Order Processing
Erelberlin reserves the right to refuse any order where payment authorization cannot be obtained or where shipping restrictions apply. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Acceptance and completion of the contract between you and Erelberlin occur only once the goods have been dispatched and you have received a shipping confirmation email. Once an order has been placed, modifications cannot be made, except for minor finishing details requested by email within two days of the order date. If bank transfer is selected as the payment method, the order will be released to production only after payment has been received and confirmed.
Erelberlin reserves the right to delay shipment in the event of significant production delays or to refuse shipment if it cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Methods
Erelberlin delivers worldwide via DHL or FedEx. All shipments are fully insured and provided with a tracking number. In accordance with international trade regulations, an official invoice will be enclosed within the parcel, indicating the total value of the purchased merchandise in the original order currency.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Erelberlin does not ship jewelry to the Russian Federation.

Delivery Times
Erelberlin processes orders and dispatches shipments from Berlin, Germany, Monday through Friday. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday, or on public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Estimated delivery times:
Germany: 2–3 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Switzerland / United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we aim to meet the indicated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. You may track your shipment at any time via the carrier’s official website using the provided tracking number.

Shipment Insurance
Erelberlin insures each shipment against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost, as part of our commitment to providing a secure and exclusive service. Once the parcel has been delivered to its final destination, the merchandise is no longer covered by this insurance. If a parcel is opened by Customs or by the carrier for authorized inspection, it will be resealed by the respective authority with an official security seal.

Refused Shipments
By placing an order, the customer enters into a commercial agreement with Erelberlin and agrees to accept delivery of the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery details, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery, it will be returned to Erelberlin in Berlin at the customer’s expense. Any return shipping costs, duties, or taxes will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Force Majeure
Erelberlin shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to weather conditions, international customs procedures, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
