ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS 

CREDIT CARD 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay. Credit card payments are processed via Shopify Payments. Your credit card data is transmitted in encrypted form to the certified payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. for the purpose of payment processing. We do not store your full credit card details.

Security of the credit card 
All payment data is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Payment processing is carried out in accordance with PCI DSS security standards. In compliance with EU PSD2 regulations, 3D Secure authentication may be required to ensure additional protection against unauthorized transactions.

Charge of credit card
Your credit card will be charged immediately after the successful completion of your order. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the charged amount will be refunded to the original payment method. In the event of a return, refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase.

Upon selecting Bank Transfer, you will receive an order confirmation containing all required payment details for Erelberlin

Payment must be completed within 48 working hours. Kindly forward your proof of payment to Info@erelberlin.com
 within this period.

Orders without confirmed proof of payment after 48 working hours may be cancelled at the discretion of Erelberlin.

Your order will be processed the same day the funds are credited to the Erelberlin bank account.
